Nature & Nurture Workshop - Leek

We're delighted to present two weeks "Nature & Nurture" Workshops this year in Leek in collaboration with "Finding your Wings". Your children will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of outdoor activites with Inside Out Forest School including bushcraft, shelter building, camp fire cooking, forest games, using tools, mini beast hunting, tree identification, nature art. Finding your Wings workshops promote emotional wellbeing, colour awareness, breathing techniques, making positive affirmation mats, meditation, relaxation yoga postures, music and movement visualisations.
