Anyone who gets outside who might find them self away from immediate medical care.
This first aid course is also open to anyone looking for further advance their own first aid knowledge
Kit needed
Just a note pad, pen and some lunch. All kit and refreshments are provided!
Itinerary
Our start time and meeting point is 9:30am at our centre. Here we will brief you on the days activity and get to know eachother whilst having a brew and biscuit. Wear clothes that will be comfortable in all day and moving around in. We will aim to be finished by 5:30pm both days.
