Little Explorers
Inside Out Forest School is a learning experience that children of all ages can have fun with. Our sessions all take place in the freedom of open woodland to encourage imaginative play and confidence. We offer a range of activities from parents and tots sessions to adult bushcraft activities and Saturday morning forest club. Our forest school approach provides children with the opportunities to manage their own risks and push their individual boundaries, allowing them to build their confidence, creativity, self-esteem and body awareness.
'Little Explorers' is an exciting new approach to 'parent and tots groups' held in an outdoor woodland environment! A fun exciting group for 18mths - 4 years, incorporating messy play, stories, crafts and all the fun of the forest! Each week provides an opportunity to explore the woods, swing in our hammocks, take part in craft activities, enjoy nature and the freedom!
We are trialing a new price plan this half term. It will give the opportunity of a discount to our weekly regulars as well as hoping to help lower the cost for everyone with the incentive to be an early bird and book on each week.

Directions: The entrance is 10 metres down from portland Wines. Please park on Compstall rd or nearby housing estate. Strictly NO Parking in the community woodland car park as this is for residents only. There will be an 'A' frame board to greet you at the entry point, just follow the yellow flags that will take you a short walk into our woodland site.10am to 11.30am every Thursday morning

Sessions may
not be suitable for under 18months but bring them along to see, every child is
different! Wrap up warm with waterproof outerwear and wellies and don’t forget your woolly hats and gloves!
Please note: Refunds are no longer available but you can still transfer your bookings to another date, as long as you transfer up to 3 days before the event that you originally book on to. If it is 3 or less days until your original booking then unfortunately it is too short notice to transfer. We feel that we keep our prices low in comparison to other Forest School companies who charge double and more. We also allow you to transfer your booking if you can’t make a session that week. The admin of refunding bookings would mean we would have to raise our prices in future.

Glossop Directions: Please park along the 300m stretch of grass verge along the Derbyshire Level (indicated by the blue line on the map below). Use Postcode SK13 7PW & road name “Derbyshire Level” to find it on a Satnav.
No Parking or dropping off is permitted along Chunal Lane or on Gnat Hole Farm itself (as indicated by the red line)
Once parked, walk down the lane into the farm yard (indicated by the orange line). Pass the farm building & the houses, then you will find the entrance to the woods on the left (indicated by the green marker). I will put some mini cones, chalk boards and bunting out for you all to spot.
